Welcome to The Plunge Club ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our sauna and ice bath facilities ("Services"). By purchasing a membership, single-use pass / credits, or using our facilities, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Please read them carefully before using our Services.1. Memberships and Passes
1.1 Memberships
We offer monthly memberships to give you unlimited access to our sauna and ice bath facilities during operating hours. Memberships are subject to the following terms:
Membership fees are billed monthly, and the membership will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared with others.
1.2 Credits / Single-Use Passes
Credits / Single-use passes allow non-members to access the sauna and ice bath on an ad-hoc time basis. These credits / passes are subject to the following terms:
Credits / passes must be purchased before arrival.
They are valid for a one-time use only and cannot be transferred or refunded once used.
They must be used within the specified time frame as per the purchase agreement.
1.3 Pricing and Payment
All membership and credits / pass fees are displayed on our website or in the app. Prices are subject to change, but members will be notified in advance if there is any change in pricing.2. User Conduct
By using our facilities, you agree to:
Follow all posted rules and guidelines within the facility.
Treat our staff, other members, and guests with respect and courtesy.
Not engage in any illegal or inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, disruptive conduct, or vandalism.
Maintain personal hygiene and use appropriate attire while using the sauna and ice bath.3. Health and Safety
3.1 Health Declaration
You acknowledge and confirm that you are in good health and able to safely use our sauna and ice bath facilities. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, we strongly recommend consulting a healthcare provider before use.
3.2 Waiver of Liability
By using our services, you agree to release Plunge Club Pte Ltd and its employees from any and all liability for injury, illness, or damage that may result from your use of the facilities, except as required by law. You understand the risks associated with sauna and ice bath use, including but not limited to heat exhaustion, dehydration, and thermal shock.
3.3 Rules and Guidelines
For your safety and comfort, we may establish guidelines on time limits, temperature settings, and conduct within the sauna and ice bath. These guidelines must be followed at all times.4. Account Management
4.1 Account Creation
To access membership benefits, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update your information if it changes.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.
4.3 Cancellations and Modifications
Membership Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by instructing us via the app. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for partial months will not be provided.
Credits / Passes: Credits / passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable once purchased.5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1 Membership Cancellations
Monthly memberships are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.2 Credits / Pass Refunds
Credits / passes are non-refundable. If you are unable to use your credit / pass due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., illness), please contact us, and we may issue a refund or reschedule at our discretion.6. Intellectual Property
All content provided on our website, app, and within our facilities, including logos, trademarks, and proprietary materials, are owned by Plunge Club Pte Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.
