We’re a short walk from Raffles Place MRT and Clarke Quay MRT, making us easy to reach from anywhere in the city.

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Most of our clients stay for around 90 minutes, which is perfect for a full hot/cold cycle — but you're welcome to stay longer if you'd like.

Yes — walk-ins are welcome, and we can set you up easily on-site.
If you'd prefer to plan ahead, you can also download our app to book a Single session, Package, Trial or Membership.

Street parking is available nearby. If you can’t find a spot, the best and closest option is One George Street, located right opposite us.

Yes! Shorts are available for rent. We also sell ladies’ swimwear on-site.

Yes! We offer a 2-week unlimited access trial for just $99 — it’s a great way to experience the club before committing.

You can purchase the trial directly on the Plunge Club app, or Let us set you up on-site — walk-ins welcome!

We can simply set you up at the club or you can purchase here (or via our plunge club app!) and check in for a session so we know to expect you 🙂.

Off-peak hours: Weekdays from 10 AM – 5 PM

Drop-in during off-peak: $39

Drop-in at all other times: $52

We offer unlimited access memberships, giving you full freedom to sauna and plunge whenever you like during opening hours. You can find our latest offers on the Plunge Club app.

Student-only and weekend-only memberships are available in very limited numbers. Chat with us to check current availability.

Yes — as we expand and open new Plunge Club locations, your membership will give you access to all of them.

Absolutely. You can pause your membership twice per year, ideal for holidays, busy seasons, or temporary travel.

Booking in advance is recommended, we know you are coming and can be ready to receive you. You can also get a sense of how busy we are. We are always happy to accommodate walk-ins.

Memberships are individual and non-transferable — they cannot be shared.
However, credit packages can be shared, especially if you're bringing a friend.
If someone joins you for a visit, we’re happy to sort them out using your credits.

You can manage your plan, bookings, and credits through the Plunge Club app, or talk to our team any time — we’re always happy to help.

Our club is designed for optimal hot–cold therapy, recovery, and relaxation. Facilities include:
Traditional dry sauna – Heated to between 85°C and 95°C, delivering deep, consistent heat in a clean, minimalist space
Two ice baths – One set at 4°C for an intense plunge, and one at 8°C for a gentler experience
Showers – Available before and after your session
Changing rooms – With lockers for your personal belongings
Recovery area – Space to rest and recharge between rounds
Cold water provided – Stay hydrated throughout your session
Wellness drinks for sale – A selection of electrolytes and other non-alcoholic wellness beverages is available for purchase
Guidance & support – If you’re new to ice baths, our friendly team is here to guide you, helping you ease in safely and confidently

Water is tested daily to ensure optimal pH levels and hygiene standards

Yes — we maintain high cleanliness standards.
All areas are professionally cleaned multiple times daily, and ice bath water is continuously filtered and tested.

Please remove outdoor footwear before entering sauna and plunge areas. We provide clean indoor house slippers if you need them (most of us are good with bare feet).

Limit your first cold exposure to 1–2 minutes, then build over time
Pair it with 10–15 minutes in the sauna to warm up and increase circulation
Focus on calm, deep breathing to regulate your stress response
Our team is always on hand to help you ease in and get the most from your session
